Guest limits

Ok, I have few ideas on how to gain guest to join the forum.
- Guest can see total 5 topics (on forums that admin set to be limited), after that he must register, or surf just on topics that doesn't have limits.
- Guest, however can see all the forums, but some are limited.
- members with 0 posts can see more then forums gusts but still not all.
- members with X posts can see all forums.
