"Quick reply" create problem to "Quote"

I activated the "quick reply" for all users, but now I have a problem with the "quote" feature because it doesn't work.

I click on "quote" and I see a green banner in Internet Explorer saying "LOADING" (in italian) and "Error in the page" in the bottom. After that the site is blocked.

Have you any idea?

What version of SMF are you using? Take a look at this topic and try the suggestion there to see if it helps.

I'm also having this problem. I'm using forum version 1.1.5 and I too recently activated QuickReply and whenever I click "Quote" on a post, that bright green banner pops up and says "Loading..."

I tired finding that line of code in the link provided but couldn't find it. Any ideas?

BTW, the same thing happens here (in MSN Explorer), works fine in Firefox and IE though... Strange.

If you are having it with even the SM forum here I would hazard to guess it's a client side IE setting issue on your end.  For both in this thread are you getting any javascript errors or page load errors?
