Hi. I commented my situation, to see whether they can what I'm trying to do.

I own a database. Among them are tables SMF (smf_) and also have one which is users (outside the forum). Both smf_members (1) and users (2) users are stored, for some reason my project I or yes store users in both tables (the one I use for a site in PHP linked to 2 in some part , for example to change the password for the forum will automatically change when you change the 2 in the normal place, it puts its respective encryption, and the same with e-mail), in the 1st are passwords with their respective encryption default and the 2 without any encryption, in varchar with a limit of 64 characters, as in SMF.
In the login of the main site or site you mentioned, when logging now takes information from users and an active session on that page Sets the user so you can navigate, but to log in to the forum must do so from the login there (aside). What I seek to do and do not know how, through API or SSI (I do not know if it is possible so or how), which at the same time you normally log the error as now gives an active session on that page can also connect to forum. Checking user name and password need not be done because as well as I explained above is all the same, you should only give the session.
The same when you logout from the web, make destroy the session of the forum as well.

I was reviewing the LogInOut.php I guess there should start extracting code to do this but I find myself not quite understand the whole methodology connection. Therefore, I am open to ideas, suggestions and experiences if someone tried to do it or you did previously.

Thanks for the space, greetings.

You already have a topic in the Spanish boards on this subject (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=544516.0), so I'm locking this one.  If you do not receive an answer there after a few days have passed, I'll re-open this topic.  Just send me a PM to request this.
