Is this possible in SMF? If it is, how could I do that?

P.S: I even do not know what is the name of this module. So I could not find anything in the forum.  and same reason of the meaningless topic. Sorry

Is a popup really needed? Just type the url between [img][/img] tags, or click the button when posting and type the url.

URL is OK but, average users can not makeThis kind of links. Also they do other coding wrong sometimes. A pop up would guarantee the right coding.
