reason of this error

in my faculty can't join the forum,

when I want to connect this,

http://............../forum/Themes/dilbermc/images/icons/info.gif

I can connect..

But the home page doesnt open.

this is the error:

outside of the faculty it is possible to open all of pages?

If I understand this correctly, I think your faculty might be blocking a connection to the database and maybe even MySQL from everyone inside the faculty via firewall or something.

Contact your host and find out if they can do something to fix it.

Try repairing the errors. Admin -> Forum Maintenance : Find and repair any errors.
