php ad codes not working

hello i'm using ad management V3 smf version 2.0 RC1-1

i'm facing very strange problem i registered on few local ad agencies but smf is not able to parse their ad code

please note i tried code without <?php nd ?> bt no luck  please help me guys  i'm attaching ad codes as well i posted this on official mod forum bt they neva reply
