There is no mod about this feature that I have found, but still I want this to be a default feature in SMF 2.0 RC1.

2.0 is feature locked. So it probably wont make in 2.0, but might make next major version.

Isn't this mod pretty similar to this? (mod doesn't have 2.0 support, at least not yet)

It was working pretty well on RC1, I don't if can be used for RC2 you should give it a try
