what is causing this

i did a table check in mysql and it said this

I am the host and do not limit any one on disk space. This is a client of mine. So how do I fix it?

you may not be limiting the disk space but you may be limiting the mysql quota.
i dont know where to set it.
btw, re-upload that Display.php and see what happens

Frankly I am not limiting it to anyone, I did a reboot on the server one day and the next thing I know I have this guy telling me his forum is broke
