Can someone teach me how to install this Bio-mod..? I'm lost here..

Using SMF 1.1 RC2 with the packaged hxxp:bio.zip [nonactive] I can get the package to install, but it doesn't offer the option to Apply, only view files or delete. Is this the intended behavior?

I'm lost as well

If I follow the instructions in the biography.mod file, it tells me to find some code and add some code after, but the code I'm supposed to find isn't there
