Official transelation team in Israel?

I wanted to ask if there is any official translation team of this Bulletin board (SMF) in Israel. If there isn't, I would like to get your agreement to open this project in Israel.

We currently don't have official translation teams, but we do have a Hebrew language pack, eventhough it's not fully translated. If you like, you can download the language packs from here and translate the untranslated language strings.
