There was an issue that was found and fixed, being tested now and will be released very soon.

As Trekkie alluded to we were aiming to release last Friday but some issues with PHP have prompted us to delay by a few days to iron out a couple of potential issues.

Barring any issues, RC3 will be the final RC candidate before we make 1.1 Gold.
