Wonder how to know what MOD's is compatible with v1.1 RC3?

The mod your looking for should tell you the version it is compatible with. Well it normaly does anyway.

The compatible versions are listed on each mods page.

It will probably take awhile for RC3 versions to appear as it has only just arrived and mods authors may not have upgraded.
