[BUG]Current Forum Time

The "Current forum time" feature in your profile actually shows the current server time and not the forum time.

Example: The default/current time on my forum is 3:54 but it says the current forum time is 6:54 which is actually the time of the server that I'm on.

I think that would confuse members when they try to set the offset time on the profile because, as you know, it offsets from the forum setting and not the server.
