Avatar Problems...

Hi,
This is my first post so sorry if it's in the wrong section. But anyway here it goes.
On a forum (forums.lesterchan.net) the avatar are being resized when they are too small and when they are correctly sized (settings = 80, avatar = 80) take a look hxxp:forums.lesterchan.net/index.php?topic=2.0 [nonactive] for example. My avatar is the black shadow of a person it is 80x80 px but when it is viewed in the forums it becomes 65x65 px. When I turn off resizing (of over sized avatars) my avatar is fine but then the other avatar that says "GaMerZ" is stretched. Why is this and how do I solve this? Thanks...
