beta 5 to rc1 - upgrade instructions?

Is it just me (I hope it is) or are there no instructions for upgrading from beta 5 to rc1? Can't see anything in smf_1-0-rc1_update.zip that looks like an upgrade.txt help file.

Perhaps it's just a simple case of uploading all files and running upgrade.php?

There is an upgrade guide sticky in this board... which is not specific to RC1, but should be what you need. Do a backup first, then as you said you just need to upgrade the files, (chmod them) and run the upgrade file.

Maybe an upgrade/install guide or readme should be included in the RC1 download? I didn't think it would be a necessity in the Betas... but now that it's an RC version, I think it would be a good idea. An extra text file shouldn't increase the overall size by that much...
