Resend Activation not working right in any scenario

Hi ; Firstly I have read every post i can find for the last couple hours. Still Stuck. Related to Resend Activation:

Installed : VERY latest FORUM-JOOMLA (not 1.5) and BRIDGE from SMF

Scenario (1)
Complete Standalone Fresh Install: When Completing Resend Screen by supplying username (not activated) it tells user "Error Has Occured" and that email has been sent. The email does go out but only includes username as "username. notice the single double quote.where original activation has password as well. Users would have likely forgotteon passwords by the time they losy their activation email.

Scenario (2) BRIDGE-WRAPPED- "USE BRIDGE REGISTRATION" option.
- Errors in Code Displayed: (Invalid Offsets) No Email goes out.
I applied some code I found here to fix $rows in query array problem discussed here alot. Errors go away but still no email.


Scenario (3) BRIDGE-WRAPPED- "USE SMF REGISTRATION" . Same result as standalone. The reactivation link is properly formatted to go thru com_smf nt as one would expect. But the username now displayed as "username" with both double qoutes whi is no biggie but email still does not include password and system still reports AN ERROR HAS OCCURED to user when submitting form.

So.. was wonderring if this stuff is happening to others and/or is there a fix around or coming.

I would be totally fine if Scenario three creted a fully functional (includes password) email.
