I wanted to know the site for the SMF package I wanted to add a shop but now I know the reason cause I need the full verison so anyone please tell me where is the site for SMF package?

If you look at the top of this page, you'll see a bunch of links, 'home, community', etc.

Download is where you can download the full version of SMF, you'll need a webhost and likely a domain name to set it up as well.

if you click 'customize' at the top, and then click on 'modification site' and then search for shop, it'll display a link to where you can download the shop mod to install after the forum is installed.
