minor template bug on this SMF site

hello to the great makers and upkeepers of SMF

i just noticed a small bug in the template script of this forum while logging in.

The following shows up as double entries at the top of the main forum page to all guests (not logged in).

Did you miss your activation email?
Did you miss your activation email?

i suppose the intention was only one line of it

anyways, just trying to help and bring in my small contribution.

I think this one may have been bugged already but, if not, thanks for the contribution and (even if so) thanks for trying and keeping an eye out.
