I was just testing out the theme settings and found some problems. If I click on the drop down box to change the Overall forum default:, and leave the Reset everyone to: as No Change, it still changes it for everyone. I just logged into a regular user account and changed the theme to something else. Now I'm logged in as admin and changed the overall forum default to something else (with No Change still selected underneath that). Save....logged back in as regular user and the theme changed to the one I just set for overall default.

Am I missing something here? More of an annoyance than anything for me...

Thanks.

It will reset it for those who have their theme set as "Forum or Board Default."

The description of the theme option may make it more clear to you:

QuoteThis is the default theme, which means your theme will change along with the administrators' settings and the board you are viewing.

If you try setting your theme to "Classic" (in your profile) for example and then do another reset, the theme should remain at classic because you are no longer using the setting to use "Forum or Board Default."

Thanks akabugeyes. It actually makes perfect sense now that I re-read it and your post :)

Glad you now understand it. :)

I even added a note about this in the Online Manual documentation for that section.
