"Check only whole words" doesn't work with cyrillic

Hi,
i found that for latin words this option works, but for a cyrillic word - doesn't...
I mean regardles the whole or part of the word is found - it is alway censored.
Could you consider to fix this?
And it will be usefull option if both options "Check only whole words"&"Ignore case when censoring"  are avalable per record , not per whole list of censored words.
