Simplemachines + Mambo + Coppermine full integration

I would like users to be able to login at once for all three using the two bridges available, but I'm not completely sure which settings in SMF and Coppermine to use. I believe these are all the relevant user settings that I need to use.

Mambo

Allow User Registration:          Yes
Use New Account Activation:   Yes
Require Unique Email:             Yes

SMF

Method of registration employed for new members: (Immediate Registration, Member Activation, Member Approval, Registration Disabled)
Notify administrators when a new member joins:
Email new password on email change:
Send welcome email to new members:

Coppermine

Allow new user registrations:
User registration requires email verification:
Notify admin of user registration by email:
Allow two users to have the same email address:

I assume you are using the SMF_Mambo bridge from Orstio and the SMF-COppermine bridge included with Coppermine?
(That's how I have mine set up)

MAMBO:

SMF:
Immediate Activation
Notify Admins (OFF)
New Password (OFF)
Send Welcome Email (OFF)

Coppermine:
Allow New User Registration (OFF)
User Reg requires verification (OFF)
Notify Admins (OFF)
Same Email? (OFF)
