This query:

    DELETE FROM `siren_phpb12`.smf_membergroups
    WHERE groupName LIKE 'phpBB %';

Caused the error:

    Table 'siren_phpb12.smf_membergroups' doesn't exist

This was the first section of the conversion process, and, the first error

If anyone could help me i'd be very grateful, haven't got a clue what I'm doing

Which converter where you using?

Does that table exist in the SMF database (It should).

If it isn't, Run this as a SQL query
