Page listing child boards only?

I was wondering if there is some way to create a page that list all child boards under a certain category? For example, I have a category called "math", and it has it's own boards... but lets say each of those boards have a child board... for a few example names "addition, subtraction, multiplication" how could I create a page listing only those child boards? The idea is to have a link to a page that just displays the child boards of that category and nothing else.
