5. Fast loading and smooth design with valid XHTML
6. Support both English and Turkish

Sure. Use logo111.jpg file. You need to replace it. If you like those birds, you can keep that logo, and you can just edit the part where SMF is written. If you want to change them all (i.e if you don't like those birds), you need to do the steps below.
1. Make your logo as the same size as logo111.jpg  (770*118)
2. just using paintbrush program from windows software, open your logo, rotate it horizantely, next shrink horizantely to get the size 1*118, then rotate it horizantely again. Then save it as logo1111. (when you use paintbrush, it saves as logo1111.JPG (with capital latters jpg) ) Then, that small image will give the picture of the place where logout, and login stated.
Those images are in images/custom

In doing so, I have run into some issues.

Toward the top of the page, it is showing "SMF - Just Installed!".  How do I remove this?

At the bottom of the page, it shows the member legend, but it only shows the administrator group.  How do I add/modify the groups it shows?

Below that it shows the
New Posts     No New Posts     and another image with no text next to it.  Why is this?

SMF - Just Installed that is the new u can change that in admin > news newletter
