Web Links Add On

Not sure where to post this.. it's not really a feature request. I was just wondering if there is a mod or add on to SMF where users can submit web links?  And a list of web links appears. 

I didn't see anything. Searching for weblinks doesnt turn up much, and searching for web links gave me the world. :p
