Displaying Avatars

Hey,

My Avatars that I have uploaded in my "Avatar" Directory are not displaying. When you go into your Profile and "Forum Profile Information" It will show the list of Folders in the Avatar Directory, and then even the picture names, but it won't show them.

Like if you click the Actors Avatar Folder, you will see all the names of the pictures, but if you click lets say Bruce Willis, where it should then show the avatar, it just says the file name, Bruce Willis.

I don't know why its doing this. You can upload your own avatar, or link to one, but you can't just use a pre-uploaded one.

Any help on this would be great.

I'm using the Classic Theme, all I've done is changed the colours.

Can you check the paths are correct for your avatars

AdminCP->Attachments and Avatars->Avatar Settings=>Server-stored avatars

The paths are correct. I am just baffled as to why it isn't displaying any of the avatars, and just the file names.

When you are in that page, can you view your source and check the value for var avatardir?  Also are you having any other javascript issues with your site?

Sorry, I feel so stupid. I opened up IE to view the Source since I didn't know how in FireFox.
Then I went to the "Forum Profile Information" Page. And instead of having just the file name, it had the "red x" box with the filename, so I right clicked and realized the URL Path was incorrect. :P I had moved URLS for the forum awhile ago, and the name is similar to the old, so I just missed it in the admin panel.

Sorry, I can't believe I missed something that obvious. And Thanks Rumbarr, I ended up finding it because of your post. :)

Glad you worked it out, yes paths are important.  Though I did say to check it :)  But it's all good.
