Shipping German, Dutch, Spanish Images with Core?

Its weird, but for some reason, the images/buttons in German, Dutch And Spanish are shipping with Core SMF 1.1.4. FULL, Large and Minor.

Yet these images are re-shipped with the language packs.

Its not related to the server move because they are present in my 'clean/ready 1.1.4' install which I've been using for months.

This has already been reported. Our language coordinator and devs are looking into it and seeing how to prevent it. I would think 1.1.5 packages would have them removed, but it wouldn't fix it for those who upgrade via package manager.
