PM Hack/Mod

Ok,

I have a request so mods can read PM's thru the Admin Panel, I know you can look at the mysql tables but that is alot of trouble for them (my client). There was a mod for this in phpbb, is there a way this can be added, or someone pleas point me in the right direction!

This will not be added as a default feature.  If someone wants to write a mod, I won't stop them, though.

does anyone know how to do this? or is willing to write this MOD? let me know a price and I will get back with my client and see how much they are willing to pay.
