This is the error message that I am getting

Converting members... Unsuccessful!
This query:

    ALTER TABLE `rayray_smf`.smf_members
    ORDER BY ID_MEMBER = 0, dateRegistered;

Caused the error:

    You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '= 0, dateRegistered' at line 2

If anyone understands this please explain.  Try to explain in simplest terms because I do not have a good understanding of SQL databases

Ok I am talking to myself but I hope this will help whoever reads this

I downloaded the convert.php file that is stickied to this thread.  I ran it again and got stuck with the same error from my first post

Rumbaar

I've never done a conversion before, so can't offer direct support.

Well did you get the converter from the Download section.  From what I can tell the one in the sticky is an older version than that.  Try the later version with the same instructions and see how you go.

Thanks for the input but it did not work...anyone out their have any ideas???

Rumbaar

So you download the latest version and tried the whole process from scratch once again, and still experienced the same issue?  Did you read the whole sticky to see if anyone else had experience similar results?
