¿Últimos mensajes del foro (SMF) en una web?

Estoy buscando la manera de meter en una zona de mi web los últimos diez mensajes posteados, y que se muestren como una marquesina de abajo a arriba.

¿Alguien tiene el código php adaptado a los foros SMF?

Arriba veo algo referente al fichero SSI.php, ¿tiene algo que ver? Qué necesito copiar en el index de mi web?

en el index de tu web antes del html, pones el requiere que te indica en el ssi_examples.php, luego donde quieres que aparesca los mensajes llamas la funcion <? funcion();?> respectivamente.

Leete algo sobre el SSI despues de eso ya te daras cuenta que debes copiar, editar y modificar
