Smileys are half working

Hello,

I use smf2 and the classic theme.
The numbers off the smileys can you see, but not the pictures.

Has anyone any idea how i get it working.

I have uploaded all smileys again.
In the admin section i see the smileys, only when i want to make a message, i only see the words.

Actually, forget that. Are you sure the paths and urls for those are correct?

Is that one of the smilies you are trying to get to show?

If so, I think somewhere the paths are wrong...
that's from Smileys/kaartenleggen and the smilies on your forum are loaded from Smileys/1/

I experienced same problem like above with my custom made smilies, after I did some change in "Current Theme". My path is ok and if try to change "Select default smiley set for this theme" to custom smilies it doesn't help at all. For some strange reason forum put "1" for folder name all the time.
I've made a folder with name "1" and made upload of my custom smilies in that folder just to avoid this small bug until is solved.

Ok, here is the screen. Whenever I try to change "use global default smiley set" to "novi", it's not accepted by forum and instead of path "/Smileys/novi/" I have "/Smileys/1/"

There is only 1 mod installed: Users Online Today 1.5.0

Hi Sarge,

Tnx for your interest, problem is still present. Forum is installed on intranet and there are just few of us using it (6 at the moment). I didn't had enough time lately to digg deeper but I'll try to find a reason for that small issue.

Hi,

I don't know if his problem is fixed, but I still have a problem with my smileys.

Only descriptions are visible, no pictures.
And no pictures neither in the text box.
Theme is Babylon.

My smileys are in a different file, so I have 3: babeth, classic, default.
All the 3 files contains the same smileys (my own, all the original smileys have been deleted)

babeth is selected as default set.

When I click admin - smileys set - babeth - modify, I get this message (in French which is my forum language)

There are 10 unimported smileys in this directory. Click to import them now.

but I can't find any clickable button.

No one of the 3 sets shows pictures, only description.

Any clue please ?

Import smileys already in this directory - Checking this will import all image files already in the directory into the actual smiley set. The smileys will be stored in the database.

I've nothing like this text in my "smileys set" window.

when I right click the name of any smiley and see-picture, I get

The requested URL /forum/Smileys/1/beta.gif was not found on this server.

I wonder what the hell    "Smileys/1/" comes from.
My directory is .../Smileys/babeth/ ans so it appears in the admin-smileys administration panel

When you change .../Smileys/babeth/ to .../Smileys/1/ on the server it helps for now.

I have the same problem and i changed the name off the map to 1.

That solved the problem for now.
