[Theme] Hommage à YaBB 1 Gold

Thought as a homage to the immortal YaBB 1 Gold and with Tim's kind permission converted into SMF format. This theme was active in my parenting community during 2001 until I converted to YaBBSE in december 2001.

The credits for the layout go to the YaBB team. The buttons have been made with CAE's button generator.

Attached to this post are the thumbnail and the theme package in english language.

For the translation in other language please use CAE's button generator.

Indeed I tried to install the good old YaBB 1 Gold on my xampp but was not able to get it alive.  So I am not 100% sure about every detail.

Well you can actually get the template.html out of it, that has a lot of the stuff. The orange part I'm talking about is the titlebg, I believe.

Im currently using this as the default theme on my board I really like the old YaBB look, I also modified it with the help of grudge, look at the categories on my board http://battle.ne1.net , I think u should make some mods to this old skin to make it better somehow, alot of people like YaBB

Hm. On your boardindex you can see many empty table cells.... And looking into your messageindex you see many icons missing...

This theme is just a port of the YaBB 1 Gold layout into an SMF theme format. It was the intention to keep it close to the original.

Is there a way to make my board not have empty cells but still keep it on the same design I have ? Also, those images, I know I am missing them, Im fixing that

I like the layout, the colors on the otherhand.... well... hmmm....

edit: It took me a few hours to get it back to the old origional install colors and change the gif's around so they could be read on the origional yabb gold sp1.4 theme.

still a few minor fixes but its simple and looks good.
