Is that the only person who's posted lately? It could be they changed their profile preferences and changed their time offset.
Was the server/DB reset correctly (I'd say yes based on your post) but who knows.

Were there any other posts on or about the same time?  Was that the only post that was affected?  I can only think that the hosting server had a minor glitch and their internal timezone was incorrect, hence the post to the db with an incorrect unix timestamp.
