How could I make the recent posts thing on the main page also display the poster's name as well as the topic and date etc.?

You rule :D
I absolutely love it and I'm definitely going to use this.

One last comment though:
  • The pagination (1 [2]  All) for threads is located next to the information about the thread (example). When you look at the boards, the pagination is in the BoardTools on the left (example). I think it'd look nicer if the pagination was consistently placed in the left hand "Tools" box.

Apart from that, pure brilliance!! You da man ;)

Date and topic is there already..poster, that could be beneficial, I will look at that.

And something else, look at the left hand side of this page. It shows ChildBoards for the board General (which has no childboards, right?). All these things link back to the board General. There's something amiss, I just don't know what :P

Yes, I agree. I will make them more consistent.

Put the echo statement under the // logo on a new line ..not right beside it. ;)

One thing about it, Im a default theme lover but you changed my opinion, but the fitst screen shows white block is there anything that can be put in there. Maybe a simple home page text or soemthing editable somewhere, maybe even just a post.

Update.
Fixed a error in messageindex that showed child boards wrong. Should now be working right. For those who just want the update, replace MessageIndex.template.php from the archive - also updated.

Intresting theme.  Although, I went to Bloczone.net and when to change themes I get the 403 Forbidden page of banishment.

I assume its an error, although, I just wanted to mention it in case you were not aware!

I am having some problems with my host updated to PHP 4.3.10 and not allowing ;id in querystrings. I will update the required files soon.

It cuts off some images in posts.

Edit: I like not having the Simple Machines logo but can you make it so the default theme is blue again in your modified file?

Another Edit: Anyway to enable board descriptions or at the very least show the number of Child Boards if there are any from the main page? I also can't seem to toggle the collapseable categories.

Thanks for the link, [Unknown]..I will apply the mod later on. In fact considering changing host because of that..they wont change anyhting to make ;id work, and I have always had  trouble using the package manager because of safe mode - or something. I get "not allowed". But I have another host for some other project..and in that it works just fine. Maybe I should just move Bloczone over to them.. sigh.

- Images get cut because thats how SMF works..it wont "break" your forum. Usually SMF takes all the space but in Simplicity it takes just over 40%...so naturally images will be truncated. But they are not gone.. ;) as you have seen.

- To make blue default in that file search for "black.css" and just replace with "blue.css" not touching anything else.

- Categories are not collapsable in this theme. And board descriptions are not meant to be on frontpage either, so I wont change that. Child Boards..I will perhaps show on front, that would be usable.
