WYSIWYG editor doesnt work in Quick Reply

When I try to paste a picture into a post using a quick reply, its not working.  Help please?

WYSIWYG only works for FULL post/reply.
Quick Reply is the same bbcode/standard reply window.

I have however wrote a mod to put WYSIWYG on quick reply.
