Board Registration Password

I need a  "Board Registration Password" to enable me add password to a board on my forum.

I have tried to use some but they keep giving me errors. my Version is 1.1.6

In 2.0 there are also request able groups, allowing people to request access.

yep.. i like that feature alot.. but i am just waiting for the stable version to be out..

Instead of using a password for the board, you use membergroups. Create a membergroup that has access to the board and then give it to the users as a secondary membergroup so they can get access to it.

You can edit a users membergroups in their profile
