How do i make a custom page without the theme

i want to insert the Member notepad Mod on a popup window so i could add it on my menu tabs... what codes should i use to make a simple page like this... blank, no theme, .php file

I don't understand what you want to accomplish but you could see this topic, the mod is compatible with SMF 2.0

That level of customization to that mod would be required from the author at least or via Help Wanted (not for support), but beyond any general Support we can supply here.

You might want to try a [Mod] request.
