strange error on features and options in admin panel

i tried to install some mod for afiliates and it gave me an error i have uninstalled the mod but wen y try to go in the admin panel to features and options gives me this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare modifycontactsettings() (previously declared in /home/todoile1/public_html/Sources/ManageSettings.php:2007) in /home/todoile1/public_html/Sources/ManageSettings.php on line 2099

how can i fix it

i fit it deleted advance conctac form and it fix it

Yes that just means the function is in the file twice, as referenced by the two lines.  Removing one of the duplicated functions would have solved the issue as well.
