Bangla Unicode Numeric figure & Java Script

How can i translate bangla Numeric figure. my forum is full bangla but problem with Numeric(1.2.3.4...9.0)  . So how can i convert this in Bangla.

And I am also problem with bangla writing. because bangla typing need to another soft support but in online need to use java script bangla writing script . So i want to add something like this.

But i don't understand where i add this.  It need to load it every page.
