Yep most likely. Try lowering the security level in IE and try to login from your pc. IE is a pain when it comes to security and such.

yes i lowered the cookie now (that accepts all cookies). but still the same....

Well since you can login with IE on another system that means its most likely the browser settings or some type of system problem that applies to your pc. There is no way that I know of to change the settings etc so that a user can login regardless of the settings of their browser. If a member or a registrant has their browser set to not accept cookies or has some type of problem such as lack of jscript/java with their browser there is no way to know that. In the end it is up to the end user to have their pc setup to where they can access the site.
