The calendar is a default feature. What feature do you need a mod for? :)

there are about 3 enhancements for the calendar on the mod site(the customize link at the top of the page on this forum)

they are all for 1.x I was wondering if anyone had tried them on 2.x yet

Both of the following mods list manual install instructions for 2.0 Beta 4.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=648
http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=655

So, my guess is that those will work fine.

If the mod doesn't say it has compatibility with 2.x, it most likely won't work! :). You'll need to PM the mod authors and see if they will be updated their mods. Many will be waiting for 2.0 final.

All mods will allow you to display manual instructions for any version, but without knowledge of php they almost certainly won't work
