I have a problem with Framed forwarding.

Before i installed this GREAT forum SMF, i had IPB installed.
With url forwarding framed i had no problem, untill now.

This is the configuration:
w*w.verbam.be is connecting to verbam.sytes.net/smf/ [nofollow]

these are the settings to work well:
UrlForwarding ->Redirect all traffic from your site to ->h**p://verbam.sytes.net/smf/ ->
Framed redirect: No
Here you have the problem that when you change to some page off your website, you will see in the Ie address bar these changes.

Here it goes wrong:
UrlForwarding ->Redirect all traffic from your site to ->h**p://verbam.sytes.net/smf/ ->
Framed redirect: Yes
Here you can not SEE where the page is going to and your Ie address bar will tell you: w*w.verbam.be (better i think)

Your answer:

doesnt the forums check the reffering url? and i dont think that it possible to get the forums to work under url
framing you would have to ask some one like [unknown]

Like i did not told you that my previous forum (IPB) can handle framed forwarding, maybe we have to considder or this is a to big problem to resolve.
The nice thing (how IPB resolved this) is that my name w*w.verbam.be stay's in the addres bar and as page name.

Typically, cookies just won't work well when using frames like that.  Why is it a huge deal if the users see the links...?  All the better to bookmark them, no?
