Go to:

AdminCp> Post and Topics> Bulletin Board code

Make sure the option to enable basic html is not checked.
PM at your own risk, some I answer, if they are interesting, some I ignore.

Hello, Tyrsson!

I checked that but the option to enable basic html is not checked.
What to do? Thank you!

nerverhurry, can you wait some days? I've a Molyx to SMF converter in progess.. You can test it but it is an early beta version.... I need some more days to finish it.

Tyrsson

Ah, TE would be the guy to tell you. ^^

I had you check that in the hopes it was something simple :)

Hi TE,

I tried, and got this, don't understand:
-------------------
Converting...
Converting members... Successful.
Converting categories... Unsuccessful!
This query:

    INSERT INTO `do1042100db`.smf_categories
    (ID_CAT, name, catOrder)
    VALUES ('270', 'Europe Life', '1'),
    ('269', 'Forum Manage', '3'),
    ('289', 'Literature', '2');

Caused the error:

Duplicate entry '255' for key 1

TE,
You did a wonderful job! With your help I converted my forum completely to SMF, and I am so happy that I found SMF. I am lucky.

Thank you again!

There is only one small problem, maybe it can be easily fixed, that all the attachment pictures are there as attachments links for download (and they are really downloadable), instead of straight show up under every post (message). I would be happy if all the attachments (pictures) show up.
The attachments of Molyx board are stored in an absolute path:  /domains1/do1042100/public/www_root/bbs/data/uploads/
How should I transfer all these attachment fils in the uploads folder to SMF's attachments folder (that path should be  /domains1/do1042100/public/www_root/smf/attachments/)
So that the attachment pictures can be displayed under every messages.

Thank you!!!
And that will be that last thing from the convert issue.

I think you need one of our small converter tools:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=274252.0#post_attachment_thumbs_dims

TE,

I tried that, it repaired some 90% of the attachment thumbs, but the 10% remained unrepaired.
Can I run "fix_attachments-thumb.php" more times? Can that be helpful?
If not I can manually repair that. Thank you very much!

SleePy

Yes it could be run multiple times.
Although I am not to sure if that will help in your case.

What is the extension of the image?
