Is this by design?

Heres my situation.
I'm an admin of a forum. If i enter my name as the moderator of an individual board when viewing posts in that board i'm displayed as a moderator not an admin.

Is this by design? I was hoping it would display the highest rank the person had.

It is by design, there is no need to set admins as mods of individual boards.
