Hide 'Last Active'
Author: Akai Phan

Compability: 1.1.8 and 2.0 RC1

Introductions: This enhancement allows to enable/disable the display of 'Last Active' in user's profile. (Quick note: It is really annoying when you try to be 'Hidden', but users still look in your profile at the 'Last Active' and figured out you are still online. That's why I made this mod so users can trully hide themselves :P ).

Question: Can Admins still see the "last active" even if the member checks to hide it?  Admins should be able to see it in any case.

vagrant

Thanks for this, it should come in very handy :)

Swedish translation:

$txt['hideLastActive'] = 'Visa "Senast inloggad"?';

Thanks for this.  Unfortunately, this will allow ALL members to hide their 'last active' state.  Is there anyway of having this being a membergroup option (regular members, mods, admins, etc)?

*edit*
I wasn't wanting just any tom-dick-harry clicking it, but have it restricted for use by admins/mods only.

needed that so badly

Thank you for the wonderful mod!  I thought I'd let everybody know that when I updated my forum from 2.0 RC5 to 2.0 Gold, I had to reinstall all my mods.  This mod installed without issues and using 2.0 RC4 emulation.  Hope this info helps someone!

Thank you for this mod, adding these options gives members a sense of security, knowing that they are in charge of their account.

really didn't want to reply here but i need help.

installed all the manual mods for 1.1.8 on a 1.1.16 forum and got this message.

QuoteUnknown column 'mem.hideLastActive' in 'field list'
File: /home/evenstar/public_html/forums/Sources/Load.php
Line: 890

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.16, while your database is at version 1.1.9. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

did anyone get this working on a 1.1.1x forum?

thanks!
