Database is Full?

I went to my site today and got this error =

Database Error
database is full

I am using smf 2.0RC1 with SQLite

So I checked with my host and I am only using 1% (91mb) of my allowed space usage and 0.3%(101mb) of my monthly bandwidth.

I tried to upload repair_settings.php but I couldn't upload it!

So it might be my host, but they don't have any anouncements

Although you may not have exceeded your allowance, the actual hardrive itself might be full.

Okay thanks, someone seems to have hacked the box that I am on, and my hosts forum is also down.
