I have Turned the arabic languange for default, 1st it showed [][][][][][][][] For every single letter instead of the actually letter in arabic,

Then from the right mouse click i choosed arabic Windows under Encoding, then it showed the forum in arabic so fine BUT BUT  BUT
Under Encoding also in the buttom i can choose right-to-left document and vice versa and by selecting this the whole forum apear from the right side og from the left side,


Is this normally?, can i make that so it is only from the right to left?
