Error in package installation

Hello,
      I tried to install chess package in my smf version 2.0 RC1-1. But it is giving me error like Error in package installation. Here is the report which is generated when I uploaded chess module.

I have switched over to new theme so no previous mods work & I am having 3 mods currently installed on my smf.

1.     Advanced Reputation System
2.    New In Topic View
3.    Hack's Park Shoutbox

Does it affects on other mods? Or its something else?
