It basically contains only characters that are not part of ISO-8859-15 character set. I copied the original character list from Wikipedia and removed characters that are present in my Swedish layout keyboard.

I tried to keep the code as simple as possible so it would be possible to reuse it for other character sets too with minimal changes.
