Yes, i can't have it for free but this not changing that this is not a prefix mod, this is ''just a topic name changer''.

The other mod is a prefix mod - the choice of implementation does NOT change the fact it's still setting the prefix to the topic!

Should someone be interested in doing this, 1) they're going to start from scratch, they won't use this mod, 2) they won't look at this several-year-old mod and think 'oooh, what this needs is another feature', because it needs so much more to make it work anyway.

And since there is a low-cost mod that does it all anyway, it's not exactly encouraging people to make it - if people had the desire to do so, they would likely have done so by now, and no amount of asking is going to magically change that fact.

Yes i'm agree with you that the mod's "name" is prefix mod. But all these are not obstacles for asking a thing right ?
